Mary Kate Boyce joined Ulta Beauty as Senior Manager of Investor Relations in August of 2021. In this role, she serves as a liaison to the investor community, while working as a trusted advisor to Ulta Beauty’s senior leadership team and cross-functional partners. Boyce’s brings more than 10 years of corporate finance experience across investment banking, treasury, strategy, and investor relations at various Fortune 500 companies including Accenture, McDonald’s Corporation, and Ulta Beauty. The Investor Relations teams Boyce has been fortunate to be a member of have consistently been named to Institutional Investor’s All-America Executive Team as Best IR Program and Team.

Boyce is a graduate of Saint Mary’s College of Notre Dame where she was a member and captain of the nationally-ranked Golf team and holds an M.B.A. from DePaul’s Kellstadt Graduate School of Business.
